Shadowing is allowed on beginner and easy courses.
Blue colour coding indicates difficult orienteering, but courses that are physically less challenging.
Course lengths are indicated for 2nd and 3rd stage. The course lengths on the 1st stage will be 10-30 % shorter.
It is not possible to enter single stages. This can only be done for open classes.
